Discover wild landscapes, green valleys, snow-capped peaks, and herds of alpacas on a magical route to the Rainbow Mountain, hidden in the Peruvian Andes.
You will be collected from your hotels at about 4 a.m. After that we shall travel for approximately 3 hours. During this journey we shall be able to appreciate the impressive Inka and Colonial bridges at the small attractive town of Checacupe. Our destination is located in the vicinity of the snow-capped mountain of Ausangate to the south of Cusco. Upon arrival we shall have breakfast before going on a 3-hour trek to explore the extensive plains surrounding the beautiful colored hills. The trek will end in the town of Pitumarca. Here we shall have lunch before heading back to Cusco.
